About the role#
Reporting to the Manager of Recruitment, you will support the daily administration and coordination of recruitment activities. This is a full-time, paid position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site in either Dieppe, New Brunswick, or Toronto, Ontario.
What you'll do#
- Screen incoming resumes.
- Administer candidate assessments.
- Conduct pre-screens and schedule interviews.
- Update the applicant tracking system and daily management sheets.
- Perform background and reference checks.
- Assist with reporting, data analytics, and various administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a college or bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Good academic standing.
- Completion of at least one prior internship or work term in a business or HR-related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on customer service.

- Locations: Dieppe, NB and Toronto, ON.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $19.89 to $24.48 per hour for the New Brunswick region and $21.88 to $27.03 per hour for the Ontario region, based on experience and qualifications.
