About the role#
As an Agricultural Customer Care Summer Intern, you will support our customers by providing product assistance and managing claims. This role is based in Calgary and runs for four months during the summer of 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in customer support, agronomy, and sales while working alongside our teams. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Resolve product, agronomic, and programming inquiries to help customers make informed decisions.
- Manage customer claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Drive awareness and adoption of solutions through demand generation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build industry experience and develop your professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Science, or related degree program.
- You must be returning to your studies after the internship concludes.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in supporting the agricultural industry.

- Duration: Summer 2027 (4 months).

- Compensation: $25 - $32 per hour.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, with weekend work required during peak season.
