About the role#
This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site in New Bremen, Ohio, gaining direct experience in a manufacturing human resources environment.
What you'll do#
- Screen job applications and manage interview schedules.
- Contact references to gather additional information on applicants.
- Support hiring efforts for manufacturing roles.
- Take part in disciplinary actions.
- Complete various human resources projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
