About the role#
This Internal Communications Co-Op position provides hands-on experience in corporate communications and employee engagement. You will work with the Marketing team to keep employees informed and aligned with company goals.
What you'll do#
- Write and edit content for emails, newsletters, announcements, and the company intranet.
- Assist with the rollout of a global intranet site.
- Maintain and update intranet content.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information for communication materials.
- Track communication metrics and prepare reports on engagement.
- Ensure all materials follow company branding and messaging standards.
- Support special projects and marketing tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation.
