About the role#
This is a paid, full-time co-op position for the Fall 2026 semester. You will work on-site in New Bremen, Ohio, supporting our aftermarket business development team.
What you'll do#
- Process price changes and update data fields within the ERP system.
- Research and answer questions from retailers to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to quote new parts and manage data entry for the SAP system.
- Use pricing software to determine and load costs.
- Update marketing materials.
- Conduct competitive market research and present findings to management.
- Perform data cleansing projects and provide improvement recommendations.
- Track program performance and profitability using Power BI and Excel.
- Communicate project status updates to your team and managers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program for Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or International Business.
- Intermediate skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Prior experience with data analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Reliable personal transportation.
