About the role#
This is a full-time, paid, on-site co-op position based in New Bremen, Ohio. You will support the National Accounts team by managing sales proposals, processing truck orders, and ensuring accuracy in specifications and billing. You will act as a secondary contact for accounts and assist in streamlining the pipeline from order to delivery.
What you'll do#
- Create sales proposals for National Accounts quoting activities.
- Process customer invoices and review truck acknowledgements for accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales teams to sync delivery timelines and manage expectations regarding supply chain updates.
- Analyze performance metrics and month-end summaries to support business decisions.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes.
- Visit National Account locations to provide on-site support and gain insight into customer operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while working with diverse teams.
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation and a sense of urgency in a team setting.
- Willingness to travel as needed for the role.
