About the role#
Irving Consumer Products is looking for a Marketing Co-op Student to join the team in Toronto for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position. You will work directly with the Brand Manager to help execute brand plans and track program performance.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Brand Manager with brand plan execution, research, creative reviews, and digital projects.
- Manage packaging changes and coordinate launch plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead analytics for program executions, competitive tracking, and market insights.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Completion of at least one prior co-op work term in a Marketing or Business role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong time management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Compensation: This is a paid position. Eligible students may receive co-op fee reimbursement up to $1000.
