About the role#
As an Inside Sales and Marketing Intern, you will join the Sappi North America team to support our marketing and customer service functions. This role involves coordinating across multiple groups that support logistics, supply chain operations, and outside sales. You will gain insight into the full order fulfillment process for graphics, packaging, and specialty products.
What you'll do#
- Manage customer orders and assist with the fulfillment process.
- Provide customer service and focus on continuous improvement for support activities.
- Coordinate with Sappi mills, warehouses, and the inside sales team to handle stock checks, order delays, and reruns.
- Help provide coverage during vacation periods.
- Identify a topic of interest and complete a required co-op project with support from the inside sales team and other departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program in Pulp and Paper, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with various personnel.

- Modality: On-site (this is not a remote position).
- Status: Full-time, paid internship.
