About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship program designed to provide hands-on experience within the insurance brokerage industry. You will work alongside our teams to explore areas such as client service and sales while gaining exposure to our business practices.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to understand unique regional needs.
- Manage policies, endorsements, and renewals while assisting with data management.
- Help with claims processing tasks.
- Support the analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project findings and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- You are a college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- You are a collaborative team player who enjoys helping others.
- You are independent and self-motivated, capable of working autonomously.
