About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program is a full-time, paid summer opportunity for students interested in the insurance brokerage industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in client service, sales, and risk management. This program is designed to build your professional skills and provide a foundation for your future career.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients and communities.
- Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and data.
- Assist with claims processing tasks.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share project updates and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn about the insurance industry.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational habits with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- This internship is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- The role is on-site at our office.
- The program runs for 10 weeks during the summer of 2027.
