About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience within the insurance brokerage industry. This full-time, paid summer program provides exposure to commercial lines, personal lines, employee benefits, and retirement and private wealth management. You will work alongside industry experts to build professional skills and gain insight into the business.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to assist clients.
- Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and data.
- Support the claims processing process.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A positive attitude and an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.
