About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers students a chance to gain hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. You will work alongside our Retirement and Private Wealth team to learn about client service and sales. This is a paid, full-time summer internship designed to help you build professional skills and explore potential career paths.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients.
- Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and data.
- Assist with claims processing.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share project updates and findings.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Desire to work collaboratively and help others.
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
