About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers a hands-on introduction to the insurance brokerage industry. This full-time, paid summer program provides exposure to various business areas including commercial lines, personal lines, employee benefits, and retirement and private wealth management. You will work alongside industry experts to build professional skills and gain experience in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support client needs.
- Manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and data.
- Assist with the claims processing workflow.
- Support analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and speaker series to build industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Engage in volunteer initiatives and collaborate on a local service project.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- A positive attitude and an interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and maintain self-motivation.
