About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. This full-time, paid summer program runs for 10 weeks and provides exposure to various business areas including client service, sales, risk, and wealth management. Interns work directly with industry experts to build professional skills and explore potential career paths within the company.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients and communities.
- Manage policy documentation, including endorsements and renewals.
- Assist with data management and claims processing tasks.
- Conduct analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to build industry knowledge.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry and a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to help others.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

- This is a full-time, on-site internship.
- Positions are available in New York, New York, and Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.
