About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. This full-time, paid program runs during the summer of 2027. You will work directly with our teams to learn about client service, sales, and insurance operations. We designed this program to help you build professional skills and prepare for a future career.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients and communities.
- Manage policies, renewals, and endorsements.
- Handle data management and assist with claims processing.
- Analyze United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share project findings and recommendations.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn about the insurance industry.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
