About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program offers a 10-week summer experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to the insurance brokerage industry. Interns work alongside our teams to gain experience in commercial lines, personal lines, employee benefits, and private wealth. This is a full-time, paid position focused on professional development, mentorship, and practical business contributions.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support clients and address their specific regional needs.
- Manage policy administration, including endorsements, renewals, and data management.
- Assist with claims processing tasks.
- Conduct analysis of insurance markets and regional trends.
- Participate in training workshops and professional development sessions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm for learning about the insurance industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
