About the role#
The HUB International Internship Program is a full-time, paid summer opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience in the insurance brokerage industry. You will rotate through various teams, including Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and Retirement & Private Wealth. This program focuses on professional development, mentorship, and practical business contributions.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to assist clients with their insurance needs.
- Gain experience managing policies, endorsements, renewals, data, and claims processing.
- Support the analysis of United States insurance markets and regional trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, volunteer initiatives, and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current college student with a graduation date in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry and a positive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks.
- A collaborative mindset with a desire to help others.
- Capability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
