About the role#
As a Project Management Co-op within Sales Operations, you will work on high-impact projects focused on process improvement, technology, and operational efficiency. You will take ownership of meaningful work, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in business analysis and problem-solving. This is a full-time, 8-month position that offers exposure to emerging technologies and business transformation.
What you'll do#
- Own projects and process improvement initiatives that use AI and automation to improve efficiency.
- Break down business challenges into clear project goals, deliverables, and success measures.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Analyze and improve CRM data quality through cleanup, testing, and identifying better processes.
- Support CAPS testing by documenting results, identifying issues, and driving implementation.
- Gather business needs and translate findings into clear project requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Track project risks, issues, and roadblocks to identify practical solutions.
- Prepare project updates, presentations, and recommendations.
- Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, capturing decisions, and assigning follow-up actions.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program related to Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to organize information, manage details, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Coursework in AI, data analytics, or business process improvement is preferred.
- Experience in technology-focused student organizations, hackathons, or prior internships is a plus.

- Location: Schofield, Wisconsin.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term options: Winter 2027, Summer 2027, Fall 2027, or Winter 2028.
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: This position is paid at a rate of $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on academic year and position. Co-ops receive paid time off for company-observed holidays and are eligible for a housing allowance or sign-on bonus.
