About the role#
We are hiring a Manufacturing Operations Co-op to join our team in Schofield, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, paid position offering hands-on experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. You will work 40 hours per week during an 8-month term, with start dates available in Winter, Summer, or Fall 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Use data analysis to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.
- Work on projects in areas such as Production Supervision, Materials, Scheduling, or Quality and Business Process Improvement.
- Participate in company programs to connect with leaders, build your professional network, and receive performance feedback.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Operations Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- You must be on track to graduate within the next 3 semesters.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- An interest in hands-on learning within a manufacturing setting.
