About the role#
Greenheck Group is looking for an Engineering Co-op to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, paid position offering hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC manufacturing industry. You will work 40 hours per week during an 8-month term, with opportunities available for Winter, Summer, or Fall 2027. You will gain exposure to real-world projects and receive coaching throughout your term.
What you'll do#
Depending on your skills and business needs, you will work in one of our functional engineering areas:
- Test Engineering: Build prototypes, conduct tests, and document results in the testing lab.
- Manufacturing Engineering: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures, troubleshoot manufacturing machines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Product Engineering: Design and oversee the production of new and existing products from concept to launch.
- Application Engineering: Conduct market research and assist with the design and testing of product selection software.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing, or Applied Engineering.
- You must be on track to graduate within the next 3 semesters.
- Experience working with basic hand tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma.

- Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
