About the role#
Greenheck Group is hiring an Application Developer Co-op for the Winter and Summer 2027 terms. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Schofield, Wisconsin. You will work with our team to build and maintain business applications while gaining experience in a professional industrial manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Write, test, and maintain code using C#, SQL, XML, and related technologies.
- Support software quality assurance by debugging and resolving technical issues.
- Create reports and dashboards to help the business make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with developers and business partners on various projects.
- Use tools like Git, Jira, and approved AI resources for documentation and development.
- Identify ways to automate or improve existing processes and applications.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- You must be on track to graduate within the next 3 semesters.
- Experience with object-oriented programming from coursework or projects.
- Familiarity with C#, SQL, and XML.
- Knowledge of software development practices including version control, testing, and debugging.
- Experience with databases and querying structured data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Exposure to Power BI, Python, or data visualization tools is a plus.

- Term: Winter 2027 through Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid position ($20.00 to $28.00 per hour depending on academic year).
