About the role#
We are looking for an Engineering student to join our team in Bushnell, Florida, for a full-time co-op term running from January to August 2027. This role provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment where you will work 40 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Support daily production by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Troubleshoot machinery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to layout design projects.
- Develop processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations.
- Participate in company programs to learn about different areas of the business and connect with leaders.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program for Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, or Applied Engineering.
- You must be on track to graduate within the next 3 semesters.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working with basic hand tools.
- A willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.
- Experience with 3D modeling software is considered a plus.

- Location: Bushnell, Florida.
- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on academic year and position.
