About the role#
Clera is hiring an Operations Intern to support our recruiting and talent-matching team. You will work with an Operations Associate and company leadership to manage the flow of candidates and hiring managers from initial introduction through the interview process.
What you'll do#
- Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations.
- Follow up with hiring managers to collect feedback on candidate introductions.
- Review candidate lists to ensure alignment with role, location, and salary requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate statuses, notes, and next steps.
- Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.
- Use AI tools and automation to handle repetitive tasks and review the output for accuracy.
What you'll need#
- Current or recent experience in customer service, recruiting, scheduling, support, coordination, or sales. Prior internship experience is not required.
- Ability to be well-organized, dependable, and manage several tasks at once.
- Comfort contacting people by phone, including those you have not spoken with before.
- Curiosity about AI tools and automation, plus some experience using them to reduce repetitive work.
- Enrollment in or a degree in Business Administration.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time internship at $20 to $25 per hour.
- You must be available for 20 hours per week for three months starting in November 2026.
- The role is hybrid, based in Salt Lake City or Lehi, Utah. You must be able to commute to these locations for in-person work. The first one to two weeks will include in-person onboarding.
