About the role#
We are looking for students to join our team as Product Application Co-ops for an 8-month term from January through August 2027. This is a full-time position based in Clearwater, Florida. You will gain experience across the product lifecycle while working with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Technical Support and Service team with customer inquiries and service-related projects.
- Analyze service data and field feedback to identify recurring issues and market trends.
- Support product innovation by testing and evaluating opportunities to improve performance.
- Draft technical service bulletins, product submittals, and other technical resources.
- Create training, educational, and marketing materials to communicate product features and benefits.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technology, Manufacturing, Marketing, or Sales.
- You must be on track to graduate within the next 3 semesters.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence working with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new concepts.
- Analytical skills to evaluate information and develop recommendations.

- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Employment: Full-time.
- Compensation: Paid position ($22.00 to $28.00 per hour).
