About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern at Greenheck Group, you will gain experience working alongside our HR Business Partners. This full-time, paid internship takes place during the summer of 2027. You will work on-site in Schofield, Wisconsin, and participate in our Early Talent Program, which includes professional development, networking with other students, and regular feedback sessions.
What you'll do#
- Build partnerships with our manufacturing team and leaders.
- Investigate employee relations issues by researching outcomes, making recommendations, and reviewing findings with stakeholders.
- Support site culture and engagement by identifying and coordinating key events and activities.
- Conduct research and data analysis for various HR projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Graduation within three semesters or less.
- Completed HR coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous HR internship experience is preferred.
- Involvement in a student SHRM chapter or similar organization is preferred.
