About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Phoenix, Arizona. You will work on-site at our Collaboration Hub. The role involves performing MIS duties under general supervision. You may be required to work scheduled or unscheduled overtime and hours outside of the normal workday.
What you'll do#
- Document and execute Group Policy Objects (GPO) cleanup.
- Analyze requirements and build SCCM license compliance dashboards.
- Perform SCCM PXE image and task sequence testing.
- Create or revise operational and troubleshooting run books.
- Complete other MIS tasks as assigned by the department.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in an accredited four-year university pursuing a degree in MIS, Computer Technology, or a closely related field. Recent graduates who completed their degree within 12 months of the start date are also eligible.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong skills in data analysis and problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both orally and in writing.
- Capacity to work well under pressure, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively in a team.

- Ability to understand and apply safety-related instructions and procedures.
- Exposure to SharePoint document management, MS Project, and data analytics is preferred.
