About the role#
As a Campus Recruiting Intern, you will support the People team in finding and hiring talent. This role focuses on the end-to-end intern experience, from initial outreach to their time on-site. You will work on-site in Somerville, Massachusetts, during the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Create marketing materials and communication strategies, such as flyers and email campaigns.
- Handle logistics for recruiting events like career fairs and information sessions.
- Organize and run social and networking events for the intern cohort.
- Partner with student organizations and campus contacts to share internship opportunities.
- Ensure every candidate has a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and present to small groups.
- An interest in graphic design and experience using tools like Canva.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and schedules.
- High attention to detail.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Current enrollment or background in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.

- Location: Somerville, MA (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Commitment: Full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid, salaried position with a bi-weekly pay range of $1,175 to $1,500 USD.
