About the role#
We are looking for a Campus Recruiting Intern to join our team for the Fall 2026 term. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Somerville, Massachusetts. You will support our efforts to attract and hire talent while helping to build a culture where people do their best work.
What you'll do#
- Create marketing materials and communication strategies for the internship program, such as flyers and email campaigns.
- Handle logistics for campus recruiting events including career fairs and information sessions.
- Plan and host social and networking events for current interns.
- Work with campus partners and student organizations to share our internship opportunities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact to provide a high-touch experience for candidates from application to offer.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and present to small groups.
- Interest in graphic design with proficiency in Canva or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple schedules, and maintain high attention to detail.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Curiosity about the recruiting process and how to hire great people.
Location & details#
- Location: Somerville, MA (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Commitment: Full-time.
- Compensation: This is a paid, salaried position with a bi-weekly pay range of $1,175 to $1,500 USD. Pay is based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
