About the role#
This 12-week summer internship places you within the BASF Agricultural Solutions division. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals, mentors, and business leaders to support people-focused projects. The program aims to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world business operations. You will gain exposure to areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.
What you'll do#
- Support HR initiatives aligned with business and workforce priorities.
- Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to identify trends.
- Assist with employee communications, programs, and the development of HR resources.
- Conduct research and develop recommendations for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Create project materials and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Build skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program with a focus on Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Status as a highly motivated student.
- Ability to work on a full-time basis in the United States.
- A mobile-minded approach to work.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- Assignments may be located in various sites across the United States, including the Raleigh, North Carolina area.
