About the role#
Arizona Christian University is hiring a Student Worker to join the Online Admissions team. You will help prospective students learn about our academic programs, the admissions process, and financial aid options. This role involves building relationships with students and their families to help them decide on their educational path. You will work from a biblical worldview and support the university mission.
What you'll do#
- Reach out to prospective students through phone calls, email, and other channels.
- Make between 100 and 150 calls to prospective students every day.
- Track all communication accurately and follow up with applicants.
- Provide guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff.
- Pray with and for others as part of your daily interactions.
What you'll need#
- You must be a current student at Arizona Christian University in good standing.
- Experience in tele-sales, customer service, or admissions is preferred.
- You must be comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls.
- You need strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- You must complete a FAFSA.
- You must sign the University Statement of Faith and Core Commitments annually.

- This position is located in Glendale, Arizona.
- This is a paid, part-time role for 20 hours or less per week.
- The position follows a rolling term.
