About the role#
As a Store Operations Intern, you will focus on optimizing store performance and enhancing customer service across our locations. You will help support operational excellence and deliver experiences for our customers and team members. This nine-week program provides hands-on experience in a corporate retail environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with optimizing store processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Contribute to projects that drive performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate in teams and manage individual projects.
- Work closely with store operations leaders, field teams, and cross-functional business partners.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a rising junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
- Ability to reside in the Memphis area for the duration of the internship.
- Academic background in majors such as Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, or other related fields.
- Active experience in AutoZone stores is strongly encouraged.
- Note that students who graduate before June 7, 2027, are not eligible for this program.

- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship based in Memphis, Tennessee.
- The program runs from June 7, 2027, to August 6, 2027.
