About the role#
As a Summer Associate, you will work on the frontline of our client service team. You will connect clients, such as investment funds and strategy consultancies, with the expert knowledge they need to make business decisions. This role involves managing multiple projects at once and communicating with experts to facilitate consultations, surveys, and research products.
What you'll do#
- Manage end-to-end communication between clients and experts.
- Screen and negotiate with experts to find the best matches for specific client requests.
- Use AI-powered tools to map industry value chains and identify relevant experts.
- Develop an understanding of the project context, market dynamics, and the legal and regulatory environment for each assignment.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate junior (Class of 2028).
- A minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- A record of noteworthy extracurricular achievement.
- Previous internship experience showing an interest in business is a plus.
- Work authorization in the United States (we do not provide visa sponsorship).
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY.
- Term: 10 weeks, from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027.
- Compensation: $15,384.62 for the program duration.
- Work Modality: On-site with the option to work from home on Fridays.
- Full-time internship with the potential for a full-time offer after graduation.
