About the role#
As an Outreach Ambassador, you will connect with the ACU community to advance the university mission. You will spend your time building relationships with alumni, parents, and supporters to share how the university impacts students. This role offers experience in communication, fundraising, and networking.
What you'll do#
- Call and build relationships with alumni, parents, and supporters.
- Listen to their stories and learn about their lives.
- Invite alumni to campus for Homecoming and other events.
- Engage with community members, churches, and businesses to share the ACU mission.
- Invite supporters to financially invest in the university.
- Integrate your faith by asking how you can pray for others.
- Write personal thank-you notes to donors.
- Represent the university with professionalism and integrity.
What you'll need#
- You must be a full-time ACU student in good academic, financial, and conduct standing.
- Completion of a FAFSA is required.
- An active Christian faith and comfort with praying with and for others.
- Ability to sign the University Statement of Faith and Core Commitments annually.
- Interest in sales, business, communication, fundraising, or ministry.
- A positive, outgoing attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively.
- Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to complete assigned tasks.

- Location: Glendale, Arizona.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Up to 20 hours per week.
- Status: Paid, part-time student worker.
