About the role#
Aptiv is looking for motivated students to join our summer internship program. You will work on real projects that create business value and gain practical experience by tackling day-to-day business challenges. What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects that drive business results.
- Support project planning, execution, and analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address business needs.
- Present your project updates, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Participate in networking, mentoring, and development sessions.
- Focus on meaningful assignments rather than administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in leadership roles through student organizations or academic projects is a plus.
- Interest in the automotive, mobility, technology, or manufacturing industries.
