About the role#
Aptiv is looking for motivated students to join our Summer 2027 Internship Program. You will work on real business and technical projects, gaining hands-on experience by supporting meaningful assignments rather than administrative tasks. This is a full-time, paid position based in Warren, Ohio.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to projects that drive business results and create value for the company.
- Partner with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to address day-to-day business challenges.
- Support project planning, execution, analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Develop professional, technical, and leadership skills through practical work.
- Present project updates, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Participate in networking, mentoring, and development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site at our Warren, OH office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership experience from student organizations, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.
- Interest in the automotive, mobility, technology, or manufacturing industries.
