About the role#
Aptiv is hiring students for our Summer 2027 Internship Program. You will work on real projects that drive business results and gain hands-on experience by completing meaningful assignments. This is a full-time, paid position based in our Troy, Michigan office.
What you'll do#
- Partner with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to solve day-to-day business challenges.
- Support project planning, execution, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop professional, technical, and leadership skills through practical work.
- Present project updates, recommendations, and final outcomes to stakeholders.
- Participate in networking, mentoring, and development opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work in person at our Troy, MI office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Leadership experience through student organizations, academic projects, or extracurricular activities is preferred.
- Interest in the automotive, mobility, technology, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are preferred.
