About the role#
Allen Lund Company offers a rolling internship in Ogden, Utah. This is a paid, full-time position that provides exposure to the truck transportation industry. Interns support daily operations and may be considered for a full-time role after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Manage live track-and-trace tracking for shipments.
- Assist with carrier compliance, onboarding, and network risk management.
- Handle carrier invoicing, rate audits, and billing workflows.
- Support senior account managers with ad-hoc operational projects.
- Ensure documentation is sent to Carrier Resources.
- Contact insurance companies for certificates of insurance.
- Call carriers to verify lanes, equipment types, and quantities.
- Update insurance information and call references.
- Answer phones and distribute calls to brokers.
- Assist the accounting team and handle general office duties.

Location & details#
- Location: Ogden, Utah.
- Modality: On-site.
- Pay: $13-$15 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility for university class schedules.
