About the role#

What you'll do#
- Assist with load tracking, tracing, and app compliance.
- Build loads and set up carriers.
- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments.
- Update customer systems and provide critical information for active load tracking.
- Gain training and exposure to booking loads.
- Develop comfort and confidence when speaking with carriers on the phone.
- Call carriers to inquire about lanes, equipment types, and quantities.
- Ensure proper documentation reaches Carrier Resources.
- Contact insurance companies for certificates and update insurance records.
- Answer phones, distribute calls, and support the accounting function.
- Handle general office duties.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior in a Bachelor's degree program.
- Preferred majors include Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Strong customer service orientation and work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A self-motivated, confident, and competitive mindset.
- Ability to work well within a team.
