About the role#
Young Life is hiring a Student Staff member in Santa Barbara. This is a full-time, paid position that focuses on ministry, spiritual growth, and leadership development. You will work on-site as part of a team dedicated to evangelism and discipleship.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to support your spiritual life.
- Meet regularly with volunteer leaders and area leadership.
- Raise financial support and maintain donor care practices.
- Engage in contact work, club, and discipleship ministry.
- Assist with office administration and data management tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a college degree, ideally in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
- Proven relational skills when working with both kids and adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to maintain confidentiality in all professional matters.
- You must profess a belief in Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord and subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith.
