About the role#
As a Leasing Community Intern, you will serve as a representative for our residents and prospective clients. This role focuses on maintaining high occupancy through leasing availability and resident retention. You will work on-site in a part-time capacity, assisting with daily community operations and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Greet prospective clients and handle incoming leasing calls.
- Complete lease applications and manage lease file paperwork.
- Keep the tour path clean and presentable for visitors.
- Help plan and host community events for residents.
- Perform on-call duties, including nightly rounds and assisting with lock-outs.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program at an accredited college or university, with at least 6 credit hours.
- Completion of at least one year at your current college or university.
- A minimum 2.5 cumulative grade point average.
- Status as a current or future leaseholder of the community.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
