Student Staff in Northern Colorado

About the role#

Young Life is seeking Student Staff to serve in Northern Colorado. This position involves active participation in ministry functions, including spiritual development, leadership training, and direct ministry engagement. This is a full-time, paid role with a rolling term.

What you'll do#

• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
• Participate in leadership with a team to conduct Young Life club and Campaigners/discipleship ministry.
• Raise financial support as directed and maintain donor care practices.
• Engage in all levels of contact work and implement camping strategies for the school season and summer.
• Collaborate with area leadership to recruit and train new volunteer leaders.
• Assist with office administration, expense reporting, and goal setting as required.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a college degree in fields such as Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Sociology, or Philosophy.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith and the ability to serve as a minister of the Gospel.
