About the role#
Young Life is seeking a Student Staff member to join the team at San Diego State. This role focuses on spiritual development, leadership, and direct ministry engagement. You will work under the supervision of an area director to develop ministry skills, build community, and support the organization's mission.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan that fosters a vibrant spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain good donor care practices.
- Participate on a team to implement a summer and school-season camping strategy.
- Adhere to all Young Life policies and procedures.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program, with relevant interests including Psychology, Political Science, Communications, Human Resources, or Nursing.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
