About the role#
This position is for Student Staff at San Diego State. The role focuses on spiritual development, leadership, and ministry support within the Young Life mission. Candidates are expected to subscribe to the Young Life Statement of Faith and participate in the organization's Christian ministry activities.
What you'll do#
- Develop a yearly personal growth plan to foster a vibrant spiritual life.
- Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
- Raise financial support as directed and maintain donor care practices.
- Participate on a team to implement summer and school-season camping strategies.
- Adhere to all Young Life policies and procedures regarding conduct and office administration.
- Engage in regular training to develop ministry skills and personal character.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college degree program.
- Proven relational skills with both adolescents and adults.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Commitment to the Young Life Statement of Faith and ministry standards.
