About the role#
The Integrated and Global Solutions team helps multinational companies navigate complex business, cultural, and regulatory environments. As an intern, you will join client teams to provide consulting advice on retirement, health, welfare, and broader compensation issues. You will gain exposure to real client assignments, working alongside experts to build your technical knowledge and industry expertise.
What you'll do#
- Assist consultants in managing client engagements.
- Perform intricate tasks for client projects.
- Analyze data, draw conclusions, and present your findings.
- Serve as a resource for the broader consulting team.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities.
- Utilize the actuarial exam study program, including paid study hours and materials.
What you'll need#
- Current progress toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or a related quantitative field.
- A strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Ideally, completion of one or more actuarial exams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach and strong organizational habits.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A self-starting mindset with a sense of accountability and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
- Ability to ask questions and seek help when needed.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, NY.
- Term: Fall 2027 (through December 2027).
- Employment type: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: $27-$36 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.
- Eligibility: You must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. This role is open to students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
