About the role#
This is a full-time internship conversion position within the Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) division. You will join the Personal Lines Private Client practice, which focuses on managing personal risk and insurance solutions for private clients. The role is designed to help you gain industry experience and technical knowledge while you work directly with client advisors.
What you'll do#
- Work with client advisors to build submissions and check policies for accuracy.
- Assist with client communication and prepare deliverables for Client Renewal Strategy Meetings and RFPs.
- Create content to help communicate market trends to clients and centers of influence.
- Ensure all quality and compliance procedures are followed.
- Maintain accurate information in company systems.
- Develop an understanding of core insurance principles and brokerage concepts.
- Obtain your required insurance license within ninety days of your start date.
What you'll need#
- Completion of a WTW 2026 summer internship.
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Graduation between May 2026 and May 2027.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time and task management skills.
- Ability to take direction, receive constructive feedback, and deliver accurate work.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- A detail-oriented, analytical approach with strong interpersonal skills.

- Compensation: $36.00 to $39.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime.
