About the role#
This is a 12-week full-time internship for Summer 2027 based in Dallas, Texas. You will work alongside senior staff and an assigned mentor to gain hands-on experience in the Property and Buildings team. The program is scheduled to begin on May 17, 2027.
What you'll do#
- Learn the basic principles of Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations.
- Support the preparation of final design plans, special provisions, and cost estimates.
- Collect and maintain project documentation.
- Complete training on assigned tasks and support various engineering duties to build your technical and professional skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related engineering degree program.
- An anticipated graduation date of August 2027 or later.
- Authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship.
- Experience using AutoCAD or Revit.
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
