About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in our Dallas, Texas office. You will work alongside senior staff and an assigned mentor to gain hands-on experience in the Property and Buildings team. This 12-week program begins on May 17, 2027. Please note that we do not provide relocation or housing assistance for this position.
What you'll do#
- Learn the basic principles of Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing engineering.
- Support engineering tasks to build your technical, social, and ethical skills.
- Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design analysis.
- Help prepare final design plans, cost estimates, and special provisions.
- Collect and maintain project documentation.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in an accredited Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related engineering degree program.
- An anticipated graduation date of August 2027 or later.
- Authorization to work in the United States at the start of the internship.
- Experience using AutoCAD or Revit.
- You must be at least 18 years old.

- Compensation: $23.90 to $31.11 per hour.
