About the role#
Winland Foods is seeking a Sales Intern for the Summer 2027 term. This full-time, paid internship offers hands-on experience within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. You will work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and gain exposure to the commercial organization by shadowing sales leaders and presenting to senior management.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop sales plans.
- Analyze raw data to generate useful insights.
- Maintain and update sales records and related documentation.
- Monitor sales performance against established targets.
- Identify potential business weaknesses and propose process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Entering Junior or Senior class status.
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach to work.

- Location: Oak Brook, Illinois.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (in-office Tuesday through Thursday; remote on Monday and Friday).
- Term: Summer 2027 (May to August).
