About the role#
As a Customer Experience Student Worker, you will gain hands-on experience in business operations and order fulfillment. You will work directly with internal teams including supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit, and IT. This role involves managing daily tasks and specific projects while working in multiple systems, including SAP.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate shipments and handle customer requests.
- Manage daily operations and project-based work.
- Work directly within various business systems.
- Interact with site leadership through regular one-on-one meetings.
- Participate in formal orientation and receive individualized development feedback.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited university pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher, both overall and within your major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site position located at 1120 Employers Blvd. Suite 200, De Pere, WI.
- The schedule is part-time, working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, for up to 20 hours per week.
- The term is rolling and flexible based on your student enrollment status.
