About the role#
The Impact Investing Co-op works as a junior analyst on the Global Equity Impact team. You will support the research and investment process while gaining exposure to thematic research, portfolio implementation, and impact monitoring. This position is open only to Northeastern University students.
What you'll do#
- Research to identify eligible companies for the investible universe.
- Use data analysis tools to expand the investible universe.
- Develop and track impact KPIs for portfolio holdings.
- Collaborate on company modeling efforts.
- Assist with the composition of the measurement framework.
- Contribute to written material for the annual report and team thought pieces.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and administrative efforts.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a student at Northeastern University.
- Strong analytical skills and numeracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- An interest in impact investing, sustainable investing, or international development.
- A collegial attitude, team orientation, and professionalism.
- Initiative, creativity, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
