About the role#
Join our New York team for a nine-week summer internship. You will work on the trading floor from early June through early August. This program provides a view into our market-making activities and how our traders identify arbitrage opportunities. You will work alongside traders and researchers to solve real-world challenges while gaining experience in the financial markets.
What you'll do#
- Learn from industry leaders on the trading floor.
- Participate in educational courses and hands-on trading simulations.
- Develop and test trading strategies using quantitative models and trading tools.
- Collaborate with traders and researchers to solve trading challenges.
- Engage in intern events and contribute to our team culture.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at a United States university, preferably in the Class of 2028.
- Major in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong mental math, quantitative, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and an interest in scientific programming or development languages.
- Ability to think on your feet, reason logically, and work under pressure.
- An entrepreneurial and competitive mindset.
- Interest in global financial markets.
Location & details#
- This role is based in New York, New York.
- This is an on-site, full-time summer internship.
- The base salary is $150,000, prorated for the duration of the program.
- Housing and accommodation assistance is provided.
- Final round interviews follow a superday format.
