About the role#
The Wealth Internship Program offers a view into the daily work of a client-facing Wealth teammate. You will spend the summer working with various Wealth groups to understand how they deliver services to our clients. This program provides exposure to senior leaders, mentors, and peers while you gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic Wealth teams and internal business partners.
- Assist with work related to the Client Experience Team, Investment Advisory Group, Center for Family Legacy, or Investment Consultant Group.
- Expand your banking and investment knowledge.
- Build leadership and collaborative team skills.
- Interact with current and former full-time Wealth Analysts.
- Engage with external clients.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor degree program in Business Administration or Finance at an accredited 4-year college or university.
- Status as a rising senior with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- An independent, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to manage your own work and collaborate with teams.
- A defined interest in a client-facing wealth management career.
