About the role#
Truist is seeking students for the Summer 2027 Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB) Internship Program. This is a 10-week, full-time immersive experience based in Charlotte, North Carolina. You will work on real business priorities and strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to the financial services industry. Placements are determined based on your interests and business needs across units including Premier & Branch Banking, Small Business Banking, Consumer Lending, Digital, Client Experience & Marketing, Deposits, and Business Execution & Risk.
What you'll do#
- Participate in a 10-week immersive program with full-time hours.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and real business projects.
- Build skills in leadership, communication, analytics, project management, and problem-solving.
- Connect with mentors, senior leaders, and fellow interns.
- Participate in professional development experiences to strengthen your business acumen.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A 3.0 GPA or higher is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through work, campus, or community involvement.
- An interest in financial services and banking.
- Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina for the full duration of the program.
